Asian and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (ANHPI) Heritage Month
Throughout the year, Airbnb employees celebrate heritage months with ERG groups around the globe. The goal for each heritage month is to source and collaborate with artists from the featured community, to create assets such as Zoom Backgrounds, merch items, large prints, digital communications assets, and website materials. These artworks empower groups around the world to tell their stories and share their heritages.

I collaborated with Asians@ at Airbnb and artist Naomi Otsu to create these pieces highlighting different perspectives around Asian culture. We focused around 3 questions: “sauce/spice that reminds you of home“, “traditional piece of clothing that reminds you of home or your roots“, and “home—in your native language”.
