Learn MoreThe movie I chose is called Bill Cunningham New York. What really triggers me was the spirit that Mr. Cunningham had. He believed in what he was doing and he kept doing it his entire life, taking photos of fashion on the streets of New York for over 40 years. I used film as an element in the poster to create an eye shape that represents his vision. Blowing up the poster into a larger scale, each film shows the daily routine of Mr. Cunningham with his blue French worker’s jacket, khaki paints, black sneakers, bicycle, and his ever present 35-millimeter camera.
